Why won't my subscription activate?

Why won't my subscription activate?

I just bought Spotify premium for students, logged out to see if that would help, but even though I got the email receipt, I now am unable to log back into my account at all. Is there a time period I need to wait now in order to access my account or something?

Hmm, something sounds off, let me see if there's anything I can do to help 🙂


In the email receipt that you received regarding your purchase, there should be a username. Can you double-check that you're using that username to log in? (If the username is a 10-digit number, that means you need to log in using Facebook.)
