Why would you send me 99cents for 3 months e-mail if YOU KNOW I am no longer eligible for this?

I am very disappointed at the sleazy bait and switch tactic you employed by luring me to a site with an offer that you 100% know I am not eligible for.  You certainly have the ability to segment your e-mail list based on eligibility for promotions.  So why then would you offer me a 99 cents for 3 months knowing that I am not get this.

Please provide me with an explanataion of this.  

Also, I really think this is false advertising given that you clearly have the technological capability to do this properly and have decided not to.  I really hope that you correct this by honoring my 3 month trial.
