Wierd playlist bug

Hello,

Yesterday i went to a friend, and i logged into facebook on his pc, then for some reason my facebook account was linked to his spotify account, no problems i unlinked it.

Now the wierd part:

For some reason if he loggs into his account, on all his playlists, my name is under it, like i'm the owner(wich i am not).

When i log into my account i see his playlist (with me as the owner for some reason), but i cant edit anything in it, nor can he.

Is this a bug or just us being stupid? pls let me know.
