Wife can't get on family account

My wife keeps getting rejected when trying to accept the email to join my family plan.  I think we are doing everything right, then the last page says "fail".  We are stumped.

We'd recommend checking the relevant steps in this article about the Premium for Family plan.

 

Try following them with an incognito window on a desktop device.
