Will Deactivating Facebook Delete Spotify?

My Question or Issue

Long ago I created my Spotify account via Facebook because that used to be the only way you could access Spotfiy. Now, if I were to delete my Facebook account, will that cancel my Spotify Premium subscription? Making a new account is not an option because I cannot roll over my student account.

If you created your Spotify account through Facebook, you won't be able to disconnect Facebook from your Spotify account. 

In this case - if you want to switch over to a new account and start Spotify without Facebook, you can cancel your subscription here. 

Then, create a new account and contact Customer Support here. They'll help transfer your content over.
