Will i get double charged?

I can't seem to get an answer to this question through email or Twitter so maybe someone here can help me. 

I accidentally signed up for the Student Premium but I am no longer a college student. After inputting my credit card information I immediately got charged the $4.99. However I couldn't verify my status as a student because i'm not one. My question is if I sign up fro the regular premium will I get charged twice? I don't want to get charged $9.99 when i have already been charged $4.99.

Also, why do they not have a customer support line? That's super annoying and unhelpful. My question could have been answered in one second if I could have called someone.

I have run into the same issue. Iam not a student, but I accidentally subscribed as one instead of the regular premium. I didn't receive any confirmation via email and it doesn't show I'm the receipt history on Spotify account, but there was a charge to my card.
Will the $4.99 already charged go towards the payment of $9.99 if I Go Premium?
Also, since there is no sign on my spotify account that I subsribed, there is no option to cancel the subscription. Will I be charged in the future at both rates?

If you are not eligible for a Student Discount, the pending charge will be credited back to your account. When you subscrive at the normal Premium rate, you should only be charged for that 🙂
