Will not allow me to upgrade to student discount, please help.

I recently bought the spotify premium than realized that they had a student discount. i try to follow the instructions that are provided on the help page but they dont appear for me. I dont know where to enter my school, the option doesnt show. please help.

Hey jpretel1,

I had a similar issue. What worked for me was cancelling my subscription. After cancelling, I then went through the "Get Premium" steps onhttps://www.spotify.com/us/student/. 

I can't promise this will work for you, but it worked for me.
