Will not let me log in? Says Im in a different country but I'm not.

Hi

My spotify works fine on my phone and until recently on my laptop. Now when I try and log in on my laptop it says i am in a different country than I am in. I checked my account and it is set to GB which is where I am using it. I don't have a VPN so thats not the problem.

 

If anyone has a solution it would be appreciated

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I'll see what I can suggest next!
