My Question or Issue

I've tried numerous times to logon to this laptop and the screen just darkens and doesn't react to any other commands. When I try the Facebook logon, I get an error message (#7) that says the service isn't available temporarily and to check back later. I've downloaded the app and fresh installed several times. I've updated my password and nothing has worked.

My computer is not showing up as a device since I cannot logon.

Are you able to log in using the Web Player?

If it works, there might be something wrong with your installation process.

Please check this Spotify Answer here.

If the webplayer isn't working for you, make sure you firewall gave Spotify all the permissions needed to work properly.
