How do you find your address for a duo account I can't find out how

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community. We moved your post from the Chat board to the relevant Help board, where it fits better.

If you're the owner of the Premium Duo plan, you can check what address you registered on the plan by heading to your Account page.

If you're having issues while trying to find and register your address, we suggest that you select your building, street name, or a close public space or building. Just make sure to not use someone else's address.

Lastly, if you're a member of a Duo plan and you want to verify the address, but you can't recall it,  we'd recommend reaching out to the owner of the plan. Note that Premium Duo is only for people who live at the same physical address.
