Won't Show Top Artists or Tracks, Even After I've Checked the Boxes in Preferences

My Spotify profile will not show my Top Artists or Tracks even though I went into Preferences and made sure that the boxes were checked allowing it to publish that information. When I tried to open a playlist of my top artists and songs, it doesn't show anything. I just recently started using Spotify (3 days ago?), so the version I downloaded should be the most updated one.

Suggestions?? I've tried editing my profile and I've checked my preferences multiple times.
