Won't accept my postal code so I can upgrade

I am trying to upgrade and purchase a premium membership, I am in Canada.  I have been trying all morning to do this, I continually receive a message that says "enter a valid postal code".  I have tried entering 3 very valid postal codes yet I keep getting this message.  I am so frustrated
