Won't let me cancel

Won't let me cancel

Switched phone provider from fido to rogers, need to cancel current spotify in order to activate rogers account. Called fido and they said I've already cancelled it, but Spotify says the account is still up from Fido. Trying to activate on rogers keeps sending me to same screen on spotify about cancellation. Please help

We'd recommend checking with Fido again as they're the ones handling your subscription.
