Won't let me change countries

Won't let me change countries

I've moved from Canada to the US and need to update my payment method with a credit card that was issued in the US. When I try to change my credit card info, it gives me an error message: "The zip code you entered was not valid for the selected country". However, when I try to change my country in my profile, it says I have to update my payment info to do that. It's sending me in circles!!!!

Can you make sure you're following the exact steps listed here. If you have any trouble, try  using an incognito window.
