Won't let me log in through facebook

When I try to log into spotify on my laptop, the "log in with facebook" button does not work. Also, i tried to send my self a reset password email to log in the other way but I never get the email. I know that the email address is right, but I don't get any emails in general from spotify

Thanks for your post. 

This is an odd one. Have you tried logging in with your Facebook email address in the username field and your password in the password field? How does that help? 

When you are attempting to log in, are you receiving any error message? If so, can you please let me know and I'll take a look backstage for you.

Hi there,

If your account was created through Facebook, and you're having issues with its password, you have to reset your Facebook login password. If it is an error that you've received, please post it here so we can have a look.
