Hey! It seems your wifi isnt connected to spotify. Try turning your wifi off and on and then restart the app. If this doesnt work, you will need to delete the app and re-install it again.

Hi you could just reset your password if you know your username. Just go to the reset page enter your email adress or username and click send. Then you'll get an email on changing your password. Hope that helps!
