Won't let me renew password

I have tried to renew my password and after I have entered a new password it comes up with a screen that says form expired, I have tried to do this about 5 times and it will not allow me to do it.

I've tried this also. I logged out as it wouldn't work and now it won't let me log in or change my password at all

Are you trying to reset the password of a Spotify account that has been created via Facebook?

No was just on my phone I created it but not through Facebook

Can you please request a new password reset link and then open it in a ingocnito window in your browser on your computer?
