I've been trying to subscribe to the 9 pesos 3 month promo here in spotify through mobile payment which is through Globe. I've been submitting my number for like 5 times already and it's been hours and I still haven't receive any pin code.

Do you have phone credits? Have you called your mobile provider about this? They might be able to help with this since the SMS would be coming from them.

you should be able to follow Globe's instructions here - https://www.globe.com.ph/surf/tutorial/spotify-premium to obtain your pincode.
If you still cannot obtain your pincode, please contact Globe here - http://www.globe.com.ph/contactus as Spotify can't do anything involving your phone carrier.

I have the same problem. But i just want to continue my monthly premium subscription (129), I used Smart on my payment but also I didn't receive the pin code. I don't have any load credits on Smart, the signal here was fine still I don't why? Can you help me? I really want my premium back. thank you

THIS SOLVED MY PROBLEM OF NOT RECEIVING PINS
For SMART and SUN Philippines subscribers:
1. It is not possible to use one phone number on multiple accounts to pay for Spotify Premium. You can only have 1 active subscription.
2. It’s not possible to resubscribe to Spotify using your phone number if you have already subscribed in past and it has been less than one year since you’ve granted Spotify consent to charge against your phone bill. In order to revoke previously given consent text GETPIN to 8823 to retrieve the list of existing PIN consents and respond with STOPPIN<space><list_number> to 8823 within 5 minutes to revoke the consent. Then you will be able to subscribe again.
