Wont let me sign up for premium

I am trying to upgrade to premium. Unfortunately, your wesbite is broken in every single way possible.

 

First I tried to get the student discount. Went to type everything in, typed my card info in and then pressed confirm payment. It brought me back to the "Tell me about yourself" page where I input my name and what university I attended. After going through this loop 4 or 5 times I tried to get premiium through the $.99 a month for 3 months.

 

I typed all my information in, card info, everything. Clicked process transaction and it gave me the error "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again." So, I tried again, probably 3 or 4 more times. Got the same error. I am just trying anything i can to get premium at this point but I am this close to just giving up.

 

I have tried 3 different browsers. Used my iPod touch, iPhone, and ACER laptop. Tried using internet explorer, Google Chrome, and Safari. Tried 2 different cards (and both have sufficient funds) So my question, how do you sign up for premium?? Am I missing something?

I have also tried contacting customer support 3 hours ago but they seem to be pretty unreliable.

Hey there! Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Did you get a case number from Spotify? Keep in mind that they don't generally work on weekends, but normal response times are between 12-24 hours.

Just to clarify here - there is always help from Spotify available at the weekend.

I'm having the exact same problem as Smyles87. I'v tried making a new account and that didn't work. My card has enough funds, and anytime I put in all my account information to upgrade it says  "Oops, something went wrong." I contacted Spotify but they just said the following:
