Wont let me upgrade

When I go to purchase via paypal or any other payment method for that matter it wont allow me to upgrade and comes up with the error message that my password is wrong.

I have recently changed my password (09/11/14) and still nothing.

I have posed a picture with the exact screen I get stuck at.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having the same problem. I tried using a different browser without any success.

Tried two debit cards. Saying it's having a bad day and it's still isn't letting me.
