Worst hacker ever?

Hi, someone entered in my account, didn't change my password (which I already changed to avoid happenning again), deleted my playlist and added their with some **bleep**ty songs. I went to check the device manager and nothing but my cell phone was connected, which was rather curious what the intentions of this person were.

Thing is: is there a way to clear my account of all traces of their existance? It's rather shameful for a metalhead to have italian pop music on their followed list.
