Wrong Country Setting

Wrong Country Setting

Hello,

 

My country setting shows "Germany" as main country and I can not change it to "Austria".

I tried changing the option on my vServer located in Germany (since it's IP related) but this did not work either. I also tried using Hola but no luck either.

 

Since I've made a family subscription now and my account seems to be in germany but my sister ones in austria this won't work out well...

 

Please change my account to Austria. Thanks!

Hello EpicLPer. For premium users the country setting is determined by the payment method, so if you have a German payment method, Spotify will assume your country is Germany. I don't have a decent answer for you, but @Jordi seems to be online right now, and might have a solution for you. Best of luck.

I hope you guys can fix this since it's annoying that my sister can't use my family subscription due to that now...

This issue is still present. Please fix this asap or else I'll have to cancle my Spotify subscription when things are not working right.
