My Question or Issue

 

I have twomproblems. When I try and login on my iMac it thinks I'm is Spain and nothing I do changes that

 

Also when my wife logs in on her iPhone she cant deselect Shuffle. But she is on Premium Family and this has only happened today.

 

Any help appreciated

Here you can change your country and check your subscription.

It says I'm GB, so UK, and I have Premium. If I google Spotify and select "Login" I go to the right page. But if I type in accounts.spotify.com/UK or  URL I get a Spanish (es) login page. So thats weird

Did you try to use another device? Desktop, tablet or phone?

Whats odd is that I have English and Spanish in my language selection in Firefox. English is highlighted and Spanish only appears in Spotify. In any case I selected Spanish then English again , then deleted the Spanish option and it seemed to reset in Spotify to English.

 

I have no idea why Spotify decided to use the Spanish language selection when it was't even highlighted in Firefox. As I say it affected no other prgrams or apps except for Spotify. Another mystery
