Wrong Facebook name tied to my account

Hey-

So I am trying to get my name or my business's name tied to this Spotify account. I disconnected from facebook and connected to my own, and the profile picture changed to mine- but the name stayed the same as the account it was previously tied to, who know longer works for the company (making it a tad awkward). How do I go about changing this?

This should update to the proper name within 24h.

If it doesn't, I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can look into it for you.
If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

Anthony is correct, it should correct itself within 24 hours once the servers catch up to the changes. 

If you still can't see the changes after that period, try a quick clean reinstallation before getting in touch since that will probably be the first step the CS team ask you to do anyways 😉
