Hey,

 

This might sound lame, but I accidently membered the wrong Spotify profile. Is there anything I can do to transfer it to the right account?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

 

Don't worry, its very easy to do! 

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they should be able to transfer it from one account to the other for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hi, and welcome to the community 🙂

 

You will have to contact the payments team using the Support Form and ask them to move the subscription.

 

Make sure you login with the account you subscribed. Also, if you get an automated email telling you to come here, just reply to it (even if it's a no-reply email), and it'll go to the team.
