Wrong Spotify account upgraded to premium

Wrong Spotify account upgraded to premium

Hi,

 

My daughter was trying to upgrade her free Spotify account to premium with a gift card on my computer.

Even though she was using her login it seems that my free accound is the one beeing updated. Is there

anything I can do (exept buying a new gift card) to make her happy again ? Is it possible to "undo" or

move the upgrade to another account ?

Hey @Ronis ! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form but they should be able to get it swapped over for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
