Wrong account description

Hello,

I am using and also paying Spotify premium since months.

Now I want to cancel it. But if I go in my account it says that I have the free one and that I am not paying, this way I cannot cancel.

Also if I look for my invoices, there are zero. But I am paying every months.

Please help me.

I suggest following the steps here.

 

You most likely have another account that has the Premium subscription. Check to see if you have any other accounts

Hello, Deborah! 🙂

Try it in a computer.

Log in your account and cancel your premium subscription here.

Then, you just have to press where say cancel my subscription. hope it helps.

Oh, ok. Let's try this way:

Log in your Google Play Store account. ( The same that you use on your smart phone).

Sometimes Google manage the subscriptions.

Now, you have to press "subscriptions". Take a look if spotify is in there.

 

Yes > Look for "cancel subscription".

No > We'll keep looking for a solution together.

thank you for your help! I had another account and I didn't had idea about it. this is really very strange... well, at the end I was able to cancel my premium account!
