Wrong account name

My Question or Issue

So a few months ago I created my account, during the process I was asked to put a name that will be show in my profile, so I did. But after creating it my Profile name appeared as a random Alphanumeric name. Afterwards I linked my facebook account but it shows my real name and I don't want that so I unlinked it. But now I get the same weird name and the I can't seem to find a solution. 
I read it would update itself but it's been a few months already and it shows no sign of updating.

I also tried to reinstall the app but doesnt't work, I till got the same name 😞
