Wrong band listed on my Artist page

My band is Cerca (Brooklyn NY) but there is a Portuguese band named Cerca whose album is suddenly listed on my page.

Google searching for this either leads to pages that say "Not authorized" or "Line in is now deprecated.", etc. Or outdated solutions that aren't relevant any more. Not good.

How do I sort this out?

Spotify’s working to make it easier for you to report problems with your music. For now, you’ll need to reach out to your distributor or aggregator and they’ll work with the Spotify team to make sure your profile gets fixed.
