My bank account that I don't use any more and did not have funds to be charged has now been charged twice by spotify resulting in many charges from my old bank. I need to reach someone ASAP because I will be livid if this money has to come out of my pocket when I changed my card with spotify and for some reason the old one still got charged. I don't understand why there isn't a number for me to call and I have to sit around and wait for an email!
You would need to contact Spotify directly for this, you can do that here. If you get an automated reply just reply directly to that email (even if it is a no-reply). They should be able to find out what is going on, we don't see the billing side of things in the community 🙂
