Wrong country PL

Hi

I live in Poland my adress IP is from Poland, we bought with brother share Family Spotify, we llve in the same house adress, the same IP address but I am not able to connect with Family spotify. 

His country is Poland and my is USA.... In my account I am not able to chagne from USA it is grey and I don't have anything to choose. also I don't use VPN etc... Our address and IP are the same..........

it is so annoying.
