Wrong country , impossible to change

Hello, I have been trying to use a premium family account for which I received the invitation, by clicking on the link of the invitation I logged in with my Facebook account but I had an error message telling me that I am in a different country and cannot use it. When I check in my account the country indicated is USA whereas I am actually in France but there is no way I can change that country! Please help 🙂

Hey @magali_serol, welcome to the Community!

If you're not in the same country as the owner of the plan, you won't be able to join. You'll need to be living at the same physical address as them.

If you're living with them, just change your country setting by following these steps.
