Wrong country in profile, cannot change

Hi,

 

I am a Canadian user, and I tried to sign up for this, but my profile displays US as my location, and has blocked me from using since it thinks I am out of country. I am unable to change the location in the edit profile menu as that field is grey-ed out and not clickable. I tried emailing support and did not get a reply. Any suggestions on what else I can try?

Before reaching out to the Spotify staff, try using a different browser. This sometimes works for users having the same problem.

You can request a manual country change by using this form here, or via twitter at @Spotifycares 🙂  If you get an automated reply, just reply directly to that email (even if it is a no-reply) 🙂
