Wrong email address linked to account

Hey, I recently was logged out of my account on my phone and computer, when trying to log back in, I forgot my password, so I reset it. Turns out that the email address linked to it is a random one (I've never seen before "it's @jp.com"). This is a facebook made account I believe. I can still get into the account, through my facebook login, but obviously can't change anything.

Apologies if this question has been asked before (I did search the forum but wasn't able to find it).
