Wrong email address

Hi! I recently made a new Spotify and I miss spelled my email that I used to sign up with. I didn't notice it until I went in to log in to it. Is there anyway I can change my email.

It's not letting me into my account though. It's not recognizing my password for the email that doesn't exist. Is there any other way I will be able to change it or at least cancel it?
