Wrong facebookaccount connected to my spotify

Hey,

I use spotify username and password when logging in. At some point, I am not sure when, a friend logged in to his spotify on my phone. That has now resulted in that I have my credentials for logging in, but am at the same time logged in to his facebook in spotify. So, I see his friends and post to his facebook when I am listening. Is there anyone who has a solution to this problem?.

I have the same problem, does anyone know how to fix this? I logged on to my account on a friends computer, and logged off, all using my spotify username and password.  Now everytime I log on on my phone or computer I use my username/password and my playlists all come up, but with his facebook as MY profile!

hjartat_real - I've just had a look into your account, can you make sure you log in with the username 'hjartat_real' and your Spotify password. This is your Premium and is currently not linked with any Facebook account. Once you're in, just go to 'Preferences' ('Edit' on Windows, 'Spotify' on a Mac.

I have this problem, too. 

I'm not a Facebook user. (In fact, I *hate* fb 🙂

Spotify now shows my name and my partner's fb avatar, and after a few minutes it also shows my partner's name.

I do NOT want to be connected to facebook, let alone have Spotify show someone else's information (picture and name).

Nor would I want my partner's fb followers to see *my* spotify activity.

Can you look into this and tell me how to fix this, or fix this?

I have the same problem. I to would not like to have any facebook-connectuion what so ever and yet alone to have someone elses facebook name and profile linked with my accounbt. I have triend everuthing, disconnect, and the n reconnect to my own facebook accoubnt, uninstalling and reinstalling including deleting temp files in both my computer and my phone but STILL i have girldfriend name and picture. Is this a joke?

You should be able to easily disconnect your account from Facebook using the desktop client, just go to Edit > Preferences > Social Network > Disconnect from Facebook. 

After doing that, if any Facebook data is still hanging around a quick clean reinstallation of the client will sort that out.
