Hello!

 

I bought a spotfy gift card for 2 months unlimited or 1 month premium and accidentally picked the 2 months unlimited option instead of the 1 month premium which I wanted. I was wondering if there's any way to change the subscription status of my account.

Hi! Welcome to the community! I think you will need to contact with the customer service team using this contact forum as they will be able to assist you further with this. If your subcription hasn't been used, it is possible that the team will correct your mistake and you will get 1 month premium as you wanted.

 

If you get an automated replay, just ignore it and replay directly to that email and one of the agents will get back to you as soon as they can.

Trippy - Thehidd is right, we should be able to sort this. Just contact us through the contact form he mentions.

I've also just deleted that email address. We wouldn't recommend posting personal details on a public forum.
