My Question or Issue

For my family plan, the account screen now shows an inflated £21.99 for the next payment on [removed by Mod]. When I click on "Your plan", the "Manage Subscription" screen shows the standard, expected £19.99 for the next payment on [removed by Mod] (the same fee as for the past months). The only data I have changed is the credit card to be charged - this should not change the amount.

You'll continue to be charged £19.99 for your Premium Family plan. The information I've found shows your subscription is set to £19.99, and your payment history confirms consistent charges of this amount - including your most recent payment on [removed by Mod].

The £21.99 display you're seeing is likely a temporary interface issue. Your actual subscription cost remains £19.99, and changing your payment method won't affect your plan pricing.

Your next payment is scheduled for [removed by Mod] at the standard £19.99 rate.

MY RESPONSE:
I am trying to attach 2 screen shots to show these 2 different amounts, but the UI tells me I must be signed in to do this - BUT I AM SIGNED IN!!.

So this is annoying (another bug), so I'll try to do this as a subsequent post...
