Hey guys..

here is Jonas from german
First i want tell that my english is not so good.

Ok my problem is:
Yesterday i bought Spotify Premium Test version. Today i wake up and take my iphone and want to here music. But the password of my spotify account is wrong. I dont change the password and i have 100% the right password.

My bigger problem is that i forgott the email address that i used.
Can somebody help me?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

I suggest you submit this online contact form (where you can choose the email address you want support to reply to); and someone at Spotify should be able to let you know the email and/or change it if necessary.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

 

As for the password, are you sure you're logging into the right account? It's very easy to have both a facebook login (fb email) and a Spotify login (username not email)! This will make a difference as to whether the password will be accepted. If it still doesn't work, let Spotify know in the contact form as well, and they can look into it for you.
