Dear Spotify,

 

I wanted to signup for a family subscription, but have subscribed to an individual account by mistake. Can I upgrade or can I undo this?

Hi,

You can upgrade it to a family subscription which means that your account will be upgraded next month. However, if you did today I would contact Spotify and ask them to cancel your subscription and afterwards resign your account to a family account.

Do you know what is the best way to contact Spotify in order to follow your suggestion?
