Xbox one account will not connect

 Issue

 I have uninstalled and reinstalled tried to log in get a flag icon and no login when I try to pair it says it pairs but it stays on the pair code ive sat for 30 minutes waiting it to pair and nothing ive also tryed to play on another device but my xbox one doesnt show up on phone

Do you or perhaps a friend or family member have a different device you could use to pair your account to your Xbox? be sure you first login with your own account on this device.
