Tôi là 1 người dùng ở Việt Nam.

Hiện tại tôi đang truy cập trên điện thoại Oppo F9, chạy hệ điều hành android 10.

Vấn đề tôi gặp phải là : Vài tháng trước tôi có đăng ký dùng premium miễn phí 3 tháng, khi gần hết 3 tháng tôi đã lỡ tay bấm vào đăng xuất và không thể truy cập vào lại được.

Và đến hôm nay tôi nhận được thông báo tài khoản của tôi bị trừ 59.000vnđ phí dịch vụ spotify.

Vậy tôi muốn hỏi là bây giờ làm sao tôi có thể hủy được gói cước đó ạ.

If i understand correctly, you've created an account in order to enjoy the 3 months trial offered for you, have entered a paying system as required and got billed after the trail was over.

As you're now unable to reconnect to this very account, i suggest starting of by using this help page to try and locate all of the accounts listed with your details.

Then, to use this help page in case you're having issues logging in.

Once the process was completed, you can learn how to cancel your subscription through this page.
