Ya me cobraron premium y no me aparece

El pasado 23 de Enero se me hizo un cargo por $49.00 MXN a mi cuenta bancaria por la contratacion de Spotify Premium a mi cuenta con el correo a01231462@itesm.mx. Este correo fue corroborado por un servicio que aparece como SheeerID el cual, supuestamente, dice que si soy alumno de una institucion universitaria. La confirmacion de esta verificacion la recibi el 22 de Enero. Sin embargo mi cuenta sigue apareciendo con el status de "Spotify Free" en la aplciacion de escritorio y en el celular. Espero que esta situacion se pueda resolver lo antes posible.

We hope you don't mind us replying in English. First, make sure to check that the charge appearing for you is not pending. If it is, it means that you student information is still in the verification process. If your information eventually gets verified, you'll get charged and your Premium subscription with the discounted rate starts then. If not, you'll see the funds back on your bank statement. 

If you however were charged the discounted price, you might be logging in on a different account than the one you signed up for. Make sure to check for other accounts here.
