Years-long premium account suddenly gone

Years-long premium account suddenly gone

I have had a premium account for several years now through my Facebook (email: zachary.harvat@gmail.com), and have even recently been billed for it (on 9.2.16), but today suddenly it has reverted to a free account and I have lost all of my saved music and playlists. I have restarted the app and my computer, have logged in/out several times, to no avail. What is happening?

That doesn't sound good, but we're sure our Account's team can take a closer look at this.
