Yet again, another issue has presented itself.

After a bout of being let down by the lack of response from the support team last night in regard to another accounnt I have run into another issue. I would like this account to be closed. Promptly... Thinking maybe this issue would be taken care of more swiftly I sent another contact form in, replied to the no-reply email they sent the maessage from ( which had stated they were looking into the query, not just trying to direct me to the community ) and no answer. Once again. It blows my mind that they do not have a large support team with call centers and live chat etc, etc. So, anyone from spotify, can you please help? Or atleast anyone who can escalate the case for me. My case # is: 01457108

How long ago did you get in touch? If you replied to the automated email someone should normally get back to you within 48 hours.
