You're listening on a device which you aren't

Hi. I have been trying to use Web Player today but I am being told that I am listening on my Macbook Pro. This is at my house and I am at work and I am definitely not using it. I have logged out everywhere and changed my password but I am still having the same issue. Can anyone help?!

I'm having a similar issue. When I came back into work today I opened up the Web Player. The Web Player says that I'm already listening to Spotify on (wait for it.....) Web Player. I don't have it up on any other device in any other format. Another very interesting quirk is that it says I've been listening to a song for over 1,000 minutes (and still counting) out of the 6 minutes it lasts. I attached a screen shot. Seems like I'm stuck in some sort of infinate loop. This has been happening to me for the past few weeks.

I’ve actually now worked out that this, for me at least, was a problem when using Web player on Chrome. It’s not ideal but I have managed to use web player with Explorer instead.
