Actually it's been happening for 5 months and no its not anyone else. I don't want a credit, I would like my 5 months worth of $12 which by my maths is $60. I'm on disability and this is a lot of money to me. Please return it to me. I want my subscription cancelled from now.
This type of behaviour is totally and utterly ridiculous from what must be an extremely profitable company but hopefully all this will catch up with you and your bubble will burst. Shame because before this farce I really enjoyed it. Shame on you.
I'm not saying it's someone else. But generally when a user is being charged twice per month in different dates, it's most likely that he has more than one account (or at least he's got only one but is also paying for someone else's too).
Anyway, if you're absolutely sure you only have one account, let me know so we can figure out what's going on!
