You've reached the limit on active subscriptions per mobile number for Spotify.

I've had this problem for a month now and still haven't found a solution. I've messaged them about it and they said it's something to do with BOKU but they haven't given me any help so I thought I'd ask you guys.

If you're paying through your mobile provider, it's them who manage the service, since it's them who charge you for it in the first place.

Your Spotify account gets linked to your mobile number and that's it. No payment info is recorded in Spotify's systems, and therefore no charges can be made by them.

All this means that Boku's customer service is the one you need to contact. If they offer no help, I'd suggest to cancel with them and pay directly through spotify.com

Note: I'm not a Spotify employee.

It's the same SIM card and account and I buy my premium with a top up card
and for some reason when I want to renew it it won't let me and comes up
with this and I tried it with a different number and it works.
