I have contacted you directly but never heard back. Not even single email!!!

 

I AM NOT TRAVELLING. I am located in Ireland and I do not need to upgrade my account just because your app thinks that I am travelling from USA to Ireland every day...

My workplace uses USA IP hence I am apparently located in USA while at work.
My home, obviously uses Irish IP.

Spotify is confused about my location and it will not let me update my country.

Please update all my details to IRELAND.

 

It's pathetic that I need to go public with this because of your terrible support.

Is the country on your online profile set to the USA? If so, signing in from "work" once every 14 days should be all you need to do to listen at home. 

 

If you would rather have it the other way around and you can't change your country on your profile get in touch directly using the online contact form and the support team can change it over for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

My profile is set to USA.

 

I am at work every day so every 14 days is not an option. I want to be able to access the app during work and while home. It's still used in the same country so there shouldn't be problems with that.

 

I am now contacting the support. Thanks for your help.
