When I save an album to your music, it shows up in your music right away, When I shut down spotify all the albums disappear.

Try adding them back again. Spotify may not have saved your music. If the problem occurs again, just reply. Hope this helps 🙂

I tried to add the albums several times and each time Spotify said the albums were saved and they showed up in your music however, when I logged off and then back on, they were gone.

@kochevarw Which client are you using? Have you tried using the web player? Is it possible you have reached the 10,000 track limit for Your Music?
